• Our prices are in EURO per Chalet/Apartment per day, excluding tourist tax.
• The price is given in EURO per chalet/apartment per day, excluding tourist tax.
• The tourist tax is EUR 3.50 per person per night 
• Children under 15 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax.

• There is a washing machine in every apartment to use.

• Included in your accommodation price: Wildschönau PREMIUM guest card for summer and winter – offering many free services.

• ONLY WITH THE PREMIUM CARD is the use of the Wildschönau mountain railways FREE OF CHARGE in summer, NOT in winter.

• Pets are not allowed.
• Final cleaning: 100,-  EUR apartments , 110,-  EUR Penthouse Suite

• The general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.

{rtabs Arrival and Departures}

On arrival please check-in at the reception desk in the Vicky Apartment House.

On your day of arrival the Apartments are ready for check-in from 2:00 p.m.
On your day of departure please check-out before 10:00 a.m.

If your time of arrival will be after 18:00 p.m., please call us here +43 5339 20202 and let us know.

{rtabs Cancellation Conditions}

Cancellation Conditions: 

Cancellation free of charge up to 60 days before arrival
From 60 days to 30 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 40 % of the tour price.
From 30 to 7 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 70 % of the tour price
In case of cancellation within the last 7 days before arrival - 90 % of the tour price
In case of early departure - 100 % will be charged.

Handling fee for cancellation € 50.--

We recommend Hotel Cancellation Plus or Premium from Europäische Reiseversicherung:
